If you know of other agility products or know of any other products that you think should be reviewed on this page, please let me know.
In my opinion the most effective way to improve agility is to improve your flexibility. If you want to increase your flexibility, I would suggest doing some running, jumping and agility exercises. I don't recommend doing too much flexibility training, but the idea is to get better at it. The following items are very effective for increasing flexibility. Some of these items also increase your endurance. I have tried them all and they all work and they all help to improve flexibility. To help you improve your flexibility: - Don't go too hard in the gym. - Stay warm and hydrated. - Get plenty of sleep. Sleep is crucial for muscle building. - Do a warm-up before training. A few hours before you do an exercise you want to perform, do the warm-up. If you are a beginner you can probably do this without too much trouble. You don't need to worry about fatigue or cramping, you will just be sweating. If you need more detail, check out the video on how to warm up. - Start small. I recommend a 5 or 10 minute warm-up.
