The sleep quality may be good. But we can't know. That is why I am writing this review.
The first time I tried sleeping pills was in 2003. I was still a teenager and I needed a drug to treat my anxiety. The first medication I took, was Prozac. I loved it. It helped me so much that I used it every night for 6 months. But after I came home from college and my relationship was falling apart, I stopped taking the medication. I still wanted to have better sleep and I kept having trouble falling asleep. I started using this new sleeping pills and they really made a difference. But I still couldn't fall asleep. I started thinking that I had to take the sleep meds because I was sick, but I wasn't. I realized that I was suffering. I am now very, very sick. I have to continue taking the sleep pill because I want to be healthy and fit. If I stopped the pills, I would be really, really sick and I would feel bad.
A sleep expert who knows a lot about sleep says, "I would advise against sleeping pills if you don't really need them and you are not taking any other medications. I think that the pills are addictive. The body is very addictive.
