Stress can be treated by changing the way you handle stress. The most effective stress reliever is relaxation techniques. Stress is an attack on your body, mind and spirit. There are no shortcuts to stress reduction and stress management. It takes time, but you can make a real difference in your life with a few simple techniques that you can incorporate into your regular routine.
